With nearly 40 years in the construction industry, Randy Juzwiak Sr. has built a reputation rooted in precision, integrity, and unmatched craftsmanship. As the founder and visionary behind RnD Building and Remodeling, Randy brings decades of experience spanning residential and commercial projects—ranging from university dormitories and golf course clubhouses to custom homes featured on national television and magazine covers.
One of his proudest accomplishments is the fully custom home at 1439 S 2nd Street in Philadelphia, which was built from the ground up entirely by RnD. Every detail—from the framing and finishes to the unique design choices—was crafted under Randy’s direction. The home’s standout design caught the eye of Philadelphia Magazine, which not only featured the house in an editorial spread but even showcased it on the cover. It remains a major testament to RnD’s capabilities and is a shining example of the artistry, skill, and pride Randy pours into each build.
Before founding RnD nearly two decades ago, Randy led large-scale projects as a project manager for major construction firms up and down the East Coast. His experience includes working on hotel developments, university housing—including a dormitory for Villanova—and the exclusive Pine Valley Golf Course clubhouse. He even contributed to a home for Extreme Home Makeover.
Despite his impressive resume, Randy remains grounded and hands-on. He's personally involved in every phase of construction, ensuring that each project meets the high standards he’s known for. His leadership style blends old-school know-how with a forward-thinking mindset, and he’s as dedicated to building lasting client relationships as he is to building beautiful homes.

As the son of a seasoned builder, Dale learned the value of precision, problem-solving, and pride in every detail. By his teenage years, he was swinging hammers, reading plans, and developing the hands-on skills that can’t be taught in a classroom. He didn’t just inherit a trade—he absorbed a legacy.
Now, with over six years at RnD Building and Remodeling, Dale plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations. As a project manager, he oversees crews, coordinates timelines, and ensures each build reflects the company’s high standards. He’s especially passionate about the client experience, making sure homeowners feel confident, heard, and excited throughout the process.
